CEREC is an acronym that stands for Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics. CEREC is a 3D system for creating dental prostheses such as crowns, inlays, onlays, and veneers in our office rather than sending them to a separate dental lab. CEREC features advanced 3D imagine and design software that allows Dr. Chen and her team to design your prosthesis right on the screen in our office. Once designed, the information is sent to our CEREC milling system, which mills the restoration. We stain and glaze the restoration and can immediately permanently place the restoration!
